This Welcome to OTR sign caught my eye as I was out taking reference photos, and here’s the marker drawing. I really love things like this that give a neighborhood its character. Here you see Music Hall, the streetcar, and a reminder that yes, we have moved past the craziness that was a few years ago. OTR is open! This is featured in my book, “Sketching Over-the-Rhine.”
